To-Do App Schedules Your Day

timeful 3

Timeful uses smart suggestions to manage daily tasks, recommending the best times for each activity.

Calendar and to-do apps remind users of what needs doing, but they don’t actually stop procrastination. In the past, there have been apps that make a to-do list a fun game, now Timeful uses smart suggestions to manage daily tasks recommending the best times for each activitity.

With Timeful users input an event, to-do or habit tasks. Events have a fixed time and are scheduled into the calendar. To-do tasks are set a deadline, Timeful inserts it into the day’s activities at the best time possible. Habits like an exercise routine can be hard to fit in, Timeful schedules a weekly frequency alert when users aren’t too busy.

Each activity occupies a space on the calendar whether it’s an important meeting, grocery shopping or a quick workout. Timeful uses algorithms based on user preferences, productivity flow and working and sleep hours. When suggested time slots don’t work out, users can postpone the activity and the app learns to better schedule. Check out the video below to learn more about the app:

  1. hmmm…I currently use the outlook calendar list certain to-dos…I could see some usefulness in this app. However it is unfortunate for me that I don’t have a smartphone and I am not particularly itching to get one.
