This is great! It’s an exciting time in Detroit with the Red Wings Stadium and Cass Corridor neighborhood redevelopment announcement, the downtown Capital Park residential update, a new apartment complex going in on Lafayette at Orleans and much more. Also, many neighborhood associations and block clubs are cleaning up and regularly cutting grass on vacant lots to eliminate blight. Things are getting better day by day!

The new Quicken Loans Technology Center and the National Innovation Institute currently going in an existing warehouse directly across the street is on my bike route. It’ll be so nice to see new real estate and business operations during my exercise routine.
