Dreamin’ or Screamin’? | Your Mind Needs a Break…

And Your Spirit Needs Attention!

If the mind screams, rants, and raves when your head hits the pillow does the dreamscape pass you by? Are the answers to life’s critical questions, solutions to problems or the clues to enlightenment lost to oblivion?

When the very act of living constantly interrupts your dreams with emotional upheaval, is your life path shifted?  When you can’t remember your dreams, get spiritual answers or solutions and enlightenment; you’ll most likely remain conflicted and become stagnate. So, how do you rise up, stand strong and move toward a positive and abundant future when the soul allows life experiences to stomp through each moment of living, thinking and resting space. One must take time for self-love and quite meditatation to ease the mind allowing your spiritual vibration to arise and expand.  Meditation is a form of preparation for dreaming and for so many other aspects of living. Self-love and personal time is integral to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It’s said that dreams consist of one or more of the following:

  • The Order of Business – The daily grind, personal issues and people problems that emotionally affect us
  • The Influence of Evil – Personal habits and temptations that effect our heath and well-being in negative ways; and people or situations that we trust, believe-in and act upon to our detriment
  • Messages from God – Answers to prayer, solutions to problems and understandings or revelations about yourself, others and life’s critical circumstances

Emotional turmoil and daily scuffles should not clog your ability to stay in touch with what’s real and true. When the mind is not constrained dreams deposit seeds of truth into your spirit, revealing clues as to your true state of being.

The mind and emotions are only a small part of who we truly are; we often give them undue attention, with deep consideration. We tend to discount and neglect the power and importance of our spirituality. We must remember that we are a spirit, enclosed in a flesh body, encompassing a soul (will, intellect and emotions).

To discover your spirituality and the great power within, you must always confess your highest self-being, pray with boldness and authority, meditate on the Word of God, spiritual principles or the universal laws. Being strong in spirit keeps you in sync with your authentic-self and protects you from the lies and false beliefs that this system of things seeks to bind you with.

The images, sounds, thoughts and ideas that come through your dreams are clues to your true state of being, pay attention to and interpret these signs to know where you stand and what to do about it. Give your mind a break, by getting on the path to building your spirituality and connecting to your personal power for positive change. This will be of great help in discovering your authentic-self and divine purpose! One final question:  Are you dreaming or screaming?
