The emotions are just a fraction of the total self, but we often give them undue attention and consideration. Emotional turmoil or the daily grind shouldn’t stop you from being in rhythm with our best good and a fulfilling life. When the mind is not constrained dreams deposit seeds of truth into your spirit, revealing your true state of being. We tend to discount the importance of a spiritual practice, yet we must remember that we are a spirit, enclosed in a flesh body, encompassing a soul (will, intellect and emotions).
To discover your spirituality and the great power within, you must connect with your higher self. Being strong in spirit keeps you in sync with your authenticity and protects you from snares of trouble and strife. The images, sounds, thoughts and ideas that come through your dreams are clues to your true state of being. Pay attention to and interpret your dreams to know where you stand and what to do about it. Give your mind a break, by getting on the path to building your spirituality and connecting to your personal power for positive change.
