Start Where You Are

Christopher Gardner’s new book entitled “Start Where You Are” gives a lot of practical wisdom for making positive changes and starting over after a life trauma.  There’s a lot to be said about making success out of small beginnings and this book gives lots of encouragement to those looking for a total transformation.

    Interesting…definitely makes sense in that we need to start thinking of what can we bring to the table, our skills are only assets that can transfer from job to job. However given the fact the companies are slicing and dicing their workforce, we need to either find ways market ourselves either within our current jobs or go out on a limb and start a business doing what we love.

    You are sooo right! And, I believe Mr. Gardner has a lot of good advice to give to those who need to re-invent themselves. I find him facinating and very inspirational.
